Orders and production
Many of our products are made after an order is placed. Orders generally enter production after payment is processed. Because we work with fulfillment partners, items in the same order may ship separately.
How long will my order take?
Current estimates are approximately 5–10 business days for apparel and 6–11 business days for the Crest Magnet. Estimates for other products are displayed at checkout. Timing can vary by product, destination, carrier, holidays, and order volume.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. When tracking becomes available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take a short time to update after an order leaves production.
How do I choose a size?
Fit can vary by product. Review the product details and our Size Guide before ordering. If you are between sizes or need help, contact us before placing your order.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as quickly as possible at admin@the19thfellowship.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered production.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue under our Refund & Return Policy.
How should I care for my item?
Follow the care instructions listed on the product page and garment label. Proper care helps preserve the fit, finish, and artwork.
